Flag of Kyrgyzstan.

Since I am studying the culture of this country, the flag did not escape my attention. From my first trip I appreciated the spirit of national unity in this state symbol.

The red color of the flag symbolizes valor and courage. In addition, the red color of the flag - “kyzyl asaba” was the color of the flag of the magnanimous batyr Manas, under which he led his warriors on a campaign.

The golden sun, bathing in its rays, personifies peace and wealth, and the Tundyuk (hole in the roof of the yurt) is a symbol of the father’s house in the broad sense of this expression and the world as the Universe and the unity of the peoples living in the country.
40 rays united in a circle mean the unification of 40 ancient tribes into a single Kyrgyzstan.
